Yes. They text or chat the front desk and it books them with the right groomer, takes the deposit and sends a reminder.
Do I need special hardware?+
No. Any computer, tablet or phone with a browser. It installs like an app on your home screen.
How do deposits work?+
Every booking holds a deposit (you set the amount). A no-show or late cancel keeps it, and it's all on the no-show report.
Can I move my data over?+
Yes. Export clients and pets from your old system as CSV and import them in Settings.
Is there a contract?+
No. Month to month, cancel any time. You own your data and can download any report as CSV.
